System Infrastructure. County has procured and provided for the base system installation and implementation that County determined was necessary for the Local Government Radio System. In the event additional infrastructure is required to accommodate the increased utilization occasions by User, County may charge User the actual costs imposed on County for such equipment.

System Infrastructure. The Town shall not require the Developer to “upsize” any public improvements (i.e., to construct the improvements to a size larger than required to service the Project) unless financial arrangements reasonably acceptable to the Developer are made to compensate the Developer for the costs of such upsizing.
System Infrastructure. Data Connections. Except as set out in applicable Agency-Specific Terms, the Concessionaire shall be responsible for all data connections for the Communications System, including in stations, facilities, and Vehicles.

This UMP will become effective on the date the Purchase Order is received by Ascom and will remain in effect for one year plus 3 months to allow for implementation Customer may renew the UMP by submitting a purchase order to reseller upon receipt of a proposal from reseller. Ascom reserves the right to adjust the renewal base price rate to the corresponding increase in the annual CPI-U or five percent (5%), whichever amount is less. Renewal pricing may also be adjusted as a result of price rate increases, add-on licenses and any new assignment of software licenses associated with the Products listed in the applicable UNITE License Table. Ascom reserves the right to cancel the UMP at any time for any Customer who breaches the Ascom End User License Agreement. Ascom shall notify reseller prior to taking such action. The UNITE Maintenance Plan includes the following services: • Product UPGRADES are made available to the Customer, which include function and performance improvements and enhancements. Product UPGRADES are identified by changes to the version number to the left of the decimal for the version number, i.e., Release 3.2 to 4.0. • Product UPDATES are made available to the Customer, which include serviceability improvements, minor performance improvements, hardware conformance updates, security updates and may be identified by changes to the version number to the right of the decimal for the version number, i.e., Release 3.2 to 3.3.

System Infrastructure. The Order Form specifies the number of total Users that may access the System and the number of concurrent Users that may access the System at any one time, which is based on the initial System infrastructure and sizing determined from Customer’s input. Customer must sign off on the System infrastructure sizing recommendation and must agree to the number of total Users prior to entering the Order Form. Modifications to sizing input provided by Customer, any increases to the number of total Users, concurrent Users, any other upgrades under the Upgrade section of the Universal Terms, the election of optional Services under the RACI or other requests by Customer may require changes to the System infrastructure subject to an additional Fee. SAS and Customer will enter into an amendment or Order Form documenting such Fee. SAS is not responsible for payment of any Service Credits in the event of System performance issues if Customer fails to inform SAS of increases to the authorized number of Concurrent Users or total Users.
