The URL has changed to: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov. All requirements related to CCR mentioned in the Article below apply to and must be completed in XXX. In accordance with the Office of Management and Budget guidance published in the Federal Register (FR) September 14, 2010 on Financial Assistance Use of Universal Identifier and Central Contractor Registration, awardees must comply with the following award term, contained in 75 FR 22706:
