System Emergency. Buyer and Seller shall communicate as soon as possible all changes to the schedule requested by the CAISO as a result of a system emergency. During Transmission System Emergencies, Seller’s operations staff shall communicate with Buyer’s Grid Operations Department via established communications devices. Buyer’s Grid Operations Department will periodically test the communications devices to be utilized during system emergencies.
System Emergency. SCE and Seller shall communicate as soon as possible all changes to the schedule requested by the CAISO as a result of a system emergency.
System Emergency. All or the vast majority of employee’s in the company are affected by the emergency.
System Emergency. Any system stability, power supply or transmission problem, including voltage abnormalities, adversely affecting or potentially affecting firm transmission customers within the Control Area.
System Emergency. Company shall not be required to purchase Qualifying Electricity from Seller at the time of an emergency on either Company's or Seller's electric system. Seller shall not be required to sell Qualifying Electricity to Company at the time of an emergency on either Company’s or Seller’s electric system. System emergencies causing discontinuance of parallel operation are subject to verification by the Commission. The parties may interrupt purchase when necessary to make emergency repairs. Company shall immediately reestablish purchase and Seller shall immediately reestablish sale once the emergency repairs are sufficient to allow for reconnection and purchase and sale of Qualifying Electricity from Seller.
System Emergency. CECONY and Owner shall communicate as soon as possible all changes to the schedule directed by the NYISO as a result of a system emergency.

System Emergency. 9.1 Veolia may discontinue or suspend the supply of Heat to the Premises without notice if a System Emergency occurs but will take reasonable steps to resolve any System Emergency as soon as possible.
System Emergency. Notwithstanding the obligation of the Buyer to accept the electric power produced by the Facility, the Buyer may, without penalty, temporarily curtail acceptance of electric power from the Facility whenever a System Emergency exists, and the acceptance of such output at such time would contribute to the System Emergency. As promptly as possible following such a discontinuance of acceptance of electric power, Buyer shall inform Seller that such a System Emergency has occurred. Notwithstanding the obligation of the Seller to deliver electric power produced by the Facility to the Buyer, the Seller may, without penalty, temporarily curtail production or delivery of electric power from the Facility whenever there is no renewable resource or whenever a System Emergency exists, and the continued production or delivery of electric power at such time would contribute to the System Emergency or damage or otherwise threaten the Facility. As promptly as possible following such a temporary curtailment of electric power, the Seller shall inform the Buyer that such a System Emergency has occurred. In the event of the curtailment of acceptance or delivery of electric power pursuant to this Article, the Parties shall use their Best Efforts to promptly correct the System Emergency, and to resume the delivery and acceptance of electric power from the Facility.
