System Documents. You agree that when printed from electronic files or records established and maintained in the normal course of business without change, a document generated by the System shall be considered to be a "writing" or "in writing" and shall be deemed for all purposes to constitute an original. If introduced as evidence in any judicial, arbitration, mediation or administrative proceeding, such a printed document will be deemed (i) to be a business record for all evidentiary purposes, admissible to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business records originated and maintained in documentary form and (ii) to comply with the best evidence rule.

  • Construction Documents The architectural and engineering documents setting forth the design for the Project prepared by the Design Professional. Construction Documents include, but are not limited to, the Specifications, the Drawings, the Supplementary Conditions, the General Conditions, and all Addenda.

  • Constitutive Documents The Borrower will not, and will not permit any Restricted Subsidiary to, amend its charter or by-laws or other constitutive documents in any manner that would adversely and materially affect the rights of the Lenders under this Agreement or their ability to enforce the same.

  • Aircraft Documents The following documentation and information is part of the Aircraft, and is the property of the Lessor.
