System and Network Activities. Lessor Responsibilities: • Provide one port per office with standard internet protocol, DHCP, and maximum bandwidth of 30M/10M per port, or Wi-Fi of 20M/10M per IP address. No setup or network modification of any type is included. Lessee Responsibilities: • Remedy any compatibility issues with the Lessor’s network. • Static IP is available for a fee (charged monthly per IP Address); plus a set-up fee (per IP address). Lessee provides router. If Xxxxxx wants to test out a Static IP port, Lessor will make a test port available near the front desk. • VLAN: Virtual Local Area Networks can be configured to allow connection between multiple suites leased by the Lessee (charged monthly per suite added to VLAN, plus set-up fee per suite). • All Lessee equipment must be housed in Lessee space. • Lessee is not permitted to alter physical wiring; Lessor must perform all wiring (at Xxxxxx’s cost). Lessee pays costs associated with additional provisions and providers. Internet Policy: • Any activity that impairs the network, reduces the network security, or negatively impacts other users on the network, is strictly prohibited. • Lessee will pay any fee associated with troubleshooting, and repairing, network issues caused by Lessee. • Lessor is not responsible for internet down-time for any reason. • Webhosting services are prohibited on our network.

Related to System and Network Activities

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Hosting 46.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-SWBT and SBC-AMERITECH shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-SWBT’s and SBC-AMERITECH’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Compliance Support Services Provide compliance policies and procedures related to services provided by BNY Mellon and, if mutually agreed, certain of the BNY Mellon Affiliates; summary procedures thereof; and periodic certification letters. · Such Compliance Support Services are administrative in nature and do not constitute, nor shall they be construed as constituting, legal advice or the provision of legal services for or on behalf of a Fund or any other person, and such services are subject to review and approval by the applicable Fund and by the Fund’s legal counsel. · Provide access to Fund records so as to permit the Fund or TRP to test the performance of BNY Mellon in providing the services under this Agreement. · Such Compliance Support Services performed by BNY Mellon under this Agreement shall be at the request and direction of the Fund and/or its chief compliance officer (the “Fund’s CCO”), as applicable.   • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Promotional Activities ‌ 19 At the request of North Sound BH-ASO, Provider shall display promotional materials in its 20 offices and facilities as practical, in accordance with applicable law and cooperate with and 21 participate in all reasonable marketing efforts.   • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
