System Access. CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

System Access. The State agrees to provide Trading Partner with electronic access to the TCMIS and network for the purpose of exchanging transactions via Trading Partners' computer systems and network or its authorized designee's computer systems and network.

System Access. Subject to payment of the Charges and compliance with the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer shall have the right to access the System and to use the Software in accordance with the limited license set forth in Section 4.1.1. The System shall be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, but excluding periods of Maintenance Downtime and periods of Unscheduled Outages outside the control of EasyHRweb. EasyHRweb may enhance and modify the Software at its discretion during the Term of this Agreement. EasyHRweb will conduct modifications, enhancements, changes or other maintenance necessary to correct suspected and documented errors such that each item of licensed system software for which EasyHRweb has operational responsibility operates in material compliance in accordance with its documentation and specifications (the “System Maintenance”). Customer shall receive the benefit of all such enhancements and modifications which EasyHRweb provides generally and without separate charge to its customers using the System. No express or implied warranty is made by EasyHRweb regarding the frequency or the extent of any such new releases, enhancements or modifications.
System Access. The term "systems" as used in this provision means our systems that we make available to the Enrolling Group to facilitate the transfer of information in connection with this Policy. System Access We grant the Enrolling Group the nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the functionalities contained within the systems, under the terms set forth in this Policy. The Enrolling Group agrees that all rights, title and interest in the systems and all rights in patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets encompassed in the systems will remain ours. In order to obtain access to the systems, the Enrolling Group will obtain, and be responsible for maintaining, at no expense to us, the hardware, software and Internet browser requirements we provide to the Enrolling Group, including any amendments to those requirements. The Enrolling Group is responsible for obtaining an internet service provider or other access to the Internet. The Enrolling Group will not:  Access systems or use, copy, reproduce, modify, or excerpt any of the systems documentation provided by us in order to access or utilize systems, for purposes other than as expressly permitted under this Policy.  Share, transfer or lease its right to access and use systems, to any other person or entity which is not a party to this Policy. The Enrolling Group may designate any third party to access systems on its behalf, provided the third party agrees to these terms and conditions of systems access and the Enrolling Group assumes joint responsibility for such access.
