Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents. The Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents shall not have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in their respective capacities as such.
Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents. The Lender identified in this Agreement as the “Syndication Agent” and the Lenders identified in this Agreement as the “Documentation Agents” shall have no right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, such Lenders shall not have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any other Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgements with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Agent in Section 10.11.
Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents. The Syndication Agent, in its capacity as such, and each Documentation Agent, in its capacity as such, shall have no duties or responsibilities, and shall incur no liabilities, under this Agreement. Neither the Syndication Agent nor any Documentation Agent shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship to any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Syndication Agent or any Documentation Agent in deciding to enter into this Agreement or any other Loan Document or in taking or not taking any action hereunder or thereunder.
Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents. Except as expressly set forth herein, the Syndication Agent, in its capacity as such, and each Documentation Agent, in its capacity as such, shall have no duties or responsibilities, and shall incur no liabilities, under this Agreement.

If Syndication Agent or either Documentation Agent resigns as such agent, no successor syndication or documentation agent shall be appointed.

Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents. References in the Original Agreement to the Syndication Agent, the Documentation Agent, the Senior Managing Agents and the Managing Agents shall be deemed to be references to the Syndication Agent and the Documentation Agents named herein.

Any Lender identified on the facing page or signature page of this Agreement or in any amendment hereto or as designated with consent of Agent in any assignment agreement as Lead Arranger, Documentation Agent, Syndications Agent or any similar titles, shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement as a result of such title other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, Lenders so identified shall not have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender as a result of such title. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on Lender so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.
