Swimming Pools. Swimming pools shall be allowed only on Lots approved by the Association and shall be located at the rear of the residence. All swimming pools shall have a perimeter enclosure, the plans for which, including landscaping plans, must be approved by the Association.
Swimming Pools. In-ground swimming pools must be installed in accordance with any and all local codes and zoning requirements. No above ground pools shall be permitted. All pools must have lockable fencing and must be kept locked when not occupied. Fences must otherwise comply with the requirements set forth in Articles VII, paragraph 19 herein.
Swimming Pools. Any swimming pool to be constructed on any Lot shall be subject to the requirements of the ARB which include, but are not limited to, the following:
Swimming Pools. Swimming pools are for Boat Owner’s and immediate family members. All guests must be accompanied at all times by the Boat Owners. Pool hours: 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., seven days a week. Weather permitting, pool will open approximately April 15th and close approximately October 1st. Rules are posted in pool areas and are considered as an addendum to this document. No lifeguard is supplied by Xxxxxx. Swimming is at your own risk. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Swimming Pools. No lifeguards on duty, swim at your own risk and be responsible. Swimming alone is not allowed. Running on concrete decks is not allowed. Floats are allowed only if there are 3 or less people in the pool. Balls or other throwing type items are not allowed except in the 4ft pool for volleyball only. Someone over 21 must accompany children under the age of 16. Bombarding or xxxxxx xxxxxxx others in the water is not allowed. Throwing people in the pool or other horseplay is not allowed. No glass containers in or around the swimming area. No smoking inside swimming area. No pets around or inside swimming area. No food is permitted within the pool area. Picnic tables are provided outside the pool gates. If you see a problem, especially in the pool, please let us know immediately.
Swimming Pools. In the event that EPISD uses a CITY swimming pool, as further described in Attachment “A,” outside of normal hours, EPISD shall pay the adopted fee.
Swimming Pools. No swimming pool shall be constructed on any Lot without the prior written approval of the ACC of plans and specifications for such swimming pools. No above ground swimming pools shall be placed on any Lot. Guidelines relating to the design and location of swimming pools may be included in the Design Standards of the ACC.
Swimming Pools. No above-ground swimming pools shall be permitted in the Subdivision.
