Common use of Swap Termination Payments Clause in Contracts

Swap Termination Payments. In the event an Early Termination Date is designated with respect to which this Transaction is an Affected Transaction, there shall be payable to Party A as a termination payment in lieu of the termination payment determined in accordance with Section 6(e) of the Agreement an amount equal to the excess (if any) of the sale proceeds (or redemption proceeds), excluding accrued interest, of the Bonds in excess of the Strike Price.

Swap Termination Payments. In the event an Early Termination Date is designated with respect to which this Transaction is an Affected Transaction, there shall be payable to Party A as a termination payment for each option so terminated in lieu of the termination payment determined in accordance with Section 6(e) of the Agreement an Agreement, the amount equal to specified as the excess (if any) of Swap Termination Payment in the sale proceeds (or redemption proceeds), excluding accrued interest, of the Bonds in excess of the Strike PriceTrust Agreement.
