Common use of Suspension of Work Clause in Contracts

Should circumstances arise which would cause the Department to suspend Contractor’s responsibilities under this Contract, but not terminate this Contract, this will be done by written notice. Contractor’s responsibilities may be reinstated upon advance formal written notice from the Department.
