Suspension of Payment by Agents. Upon receipt of a notice from the Fiscal Agent under Clause 4.3, no Agent shall make any payment in accordance with Clause 4.4. Upon receipt of a notice from the Fiscal Agent under Clause 4.5, each Agent shall cease making payments in accordance with Clause 4.4 as soon as is reasonably practicable. Upon receipt of a notice from the Fiscal Agent under Clause 4.6, each Agent shall make, or shall recommence making, payments in accordance with Clause 4.4.

Upon receipt of a notice from the Issuing and Paying Agent under Clause 4.5, each Agent shall cease making payments in accordance with Clause 4.3 as soon as is reasonably practicable. Upon receipt of a notice from the Issuing and Paying Agent under Clause 4.6, each Agent shall make, or shall recommence making, payments in accordance with Clause 4.3.

Upon receipt of a notice from the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent under Clause Schedule 14.5, each Agent shall cease making payments in accordance with Clause Schedule 14.4 as soon as is reasonably practicable. Upon receipt of a notice from the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent under Clause Schedule 14.6, each Agent shall make, or shall recommence making, payments in accordance with Clause Schedule 14.4.

Upon receipt of a notice from the Taiwanese Paying Agent under Clause 4.5, each Agent shall cease making payments in accordance with Clause 4.4 as soon as is reasonably practicable. Upon receipt of a notice from the Taiwanese Paying Agent under Clause 4.9, each Agent shall make, or shall recommence making, payments in accordance with Clause 4.4.
Suspension of Payment by Agents. Upon receipt of a notice from the Issuing and Paying Agent under sub-Clause 4.3 (Notification of Failure to Preadvise Payment) or sub-Clause 4.5 (Notification of Non-payment), no Agent shall make any payment in accordance with sub-Clause 4.4 (Payment by Agents). Upon receipt of a notice from the Issuing and Paying Agent under sub-Clause 4.6 (Payment after Failure to Preadvise or Late Payment), each Agent shall make, or shall recommence making, payments in accordance with sub-Clause 4.4 (Payment by Agents). For the avoidance of doubt, if any Agent considers that the amounts to be received by it will be, or the amounts received by it are, insufficient to satisfy all claims in respect of all payments then falling due in respect of the Notes or Certificates, such Agent shall not be obliged to pay any such claims until it has received the full amount of all such payments.

Upon receipt of a notice from the Issuing and Paying Agent under Subclause 4.5 (Payment after Late Payment), each Agent shall make, or shall recommence making, payments in accordance with Subclause 4.3 (Payment by Agents). No Agent shall be obliged to make payments under Subclause 4.3 (Payment by Agents) until such time as it has received funds and been able to identify or confirm the receipt of such funds.
