Suspension Grievances. Whenever an employee is suspended, the grievance procedure as set forth in this Article shall apply except that the grievance shall be initiated at Step Two within twenty (20) working days after said employee has been suspended. If the suspension is of five (5) days or more the Division Head shall confer with the of Local within ten working days after receipt of the grievance.
