Suspension by the ETF. The ETF may suspend the performance of the Contract or Order Form or any part thereof: If the Contract or Order Form award procedure or the performance of the Contract prove to have been subject to substantial errors, irregularities or fraud; In order to verify whether presumed substantial errors, irregularities or fraud have actually occurred. Suspension shall take effect on the day the Contractor receives formal notification, or at a later date provided in the notification. The ETF shall as soon as possible give notice to the Contractor to resume the suspended delivery or provision of related services or inform the Contractor that it is proceeding with the termination of the Contract or Order Form. The Contractor shall not be entitled to claim compensation on account of suspension of the Contract or the Order Form or of part thereof.
