Suspension and Reinstatement of Transfer Service. In the event that we at any time incur a problem with your use of the Transfer Service, including without limitation a failure in attempting to debit any of your Eligible Accounts or to collect with respect to any of your funds transfers as described above, and without limiting any other right or remedy that we may have under this Agreement or otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend your right to use the Transfer Service, immediately and without prior notice to you. You understand and agree that such action is reasonable for us to take in order to protect itself from loss. In the event of such suspension, you may request reinstatement of Transfer Service by contacting us using any of the methods provided for under this Agreement, see section of Agreement titled ERRORS,

Suspension and Reinstatement of Transfer Service. In the event that we at any time incur a problem with your use of the Transfer Service, including without limitation a failure in attempting to debit any of your Accounts or to collect with respect to any of your funds transfers as described above, and without limiting any other right or remedy that we may have under this Addendum or otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend your right to use the Transfer Service, immediately and without prior notice to you. You understand and agree that such action is reasonable for us to take in order to protect American Federal Bank from loss. In the event of such suspension, you may request reinstatement of your service by contacting us at 0-000-000-0000. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to grant or deny reinstatement of your use of the Transfer Service. In the event we agree to reinstate you, we reserve the right to, and ordinarily will, initially reinstate your Transfer Service subject to lower per-transaction and monthly dollar limits and/or with other restrictions than otherwise might be available to you. Based upon your subsequent usage of the Transfer Service, we may in our sole discretion thereafter restore your ability to complete transfers subject to such higher limits as may then be in effect (see Section D, Transfer Types and Limitations, above).

  • Certification of Funds; Budget and Fiscal Provisions; Termination in the Event of Non-Appropriation This Agreement is subject to the budget and fiscal provisions of the City’s Charter. Charges will accrue only after prior written authorization certified by the Controller, and the amount of City’s obligation hereunder shall not at any time exceed the amount certified for the purpose and period stated in such advance authorization. This Agreement will terminate without penalty, liability or expense of any kind to City at the end of any fiscal year if funds are not appropriated for the next succeeding fiscal year. Contractor’s assumption of risk of possible non-appropriation is part of the consideration for this Agreement. THIS SECTION CONTROLS AGAINST ANY AND ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  • Certification for Federal-Aid Contracts Lobbying Activities A. The CONSULTANT certifies, by signing and submitting this Contract, to the best of its knowledge and belief after diligent inquiry, and other than as disclosed in writing to the LPA prior to or contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Contract by the CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT has complied with Section 1352, Title 31, U.S. Code, and specifically, that:

Any such claim shall be accompanied by verification of previous related experience. The Hospital shall then evaluate such experience during the probationary period following hiring. Where in the opinion of the Hospital such experience is determined to be relevant, the employee shall be slotted in that step of the wage progression consistent with one (1) year's service for every one (1) year of related experience in the classification upon completion of the employee's probationary period. It is understood and agreed that the foregoing shall not constitute a violation of the wage schedule under the collective agreement."

  • Rollovers of Settlement Payments From Bankrupt Airlines If you are a qualified airline employee who has received a qualified airline settlement payment from a commercial airline carrier under the approval of an order of a federal bankruptcy court, you are allowed to roll over up to 90 percent of the proceeds to your Traditional IRA, within 180 days after receipt of such amount, or by a later date if extended by federal law. If you make such a rollover contribution, you may exclude the amount rolled over from your gross income in the taxable year in which the airline settlement payment was paid to you. If you are a qualified airline employee who has received a qualified airline settlement payment from a commercial airline carrier under the approval of an order of a federal bankruptcy court in a case filed after September 11, 2001, and before January 1, 2007, you are allowed to roll over any portion of the proceeds into your Xxxx XXX within 180 days after receipt of such amount, or by a later date if extended by federal law.   • Termination of Agreement for Unavailability of Authority or Federal Funds It is the intent and understanding of the Parties that this Agreement is contingent upon the availability of Authority or Federal funds or the receipt by the Authority of Federal funds. If Authority funds or Federal funds approved or obligated by the Authority in connection with this Agreement are at any time rendered unavailable, the Authority shall then have the right to terminate this Agreement by the giving of a written notice, the basis, and the effective date of the termination to the Contractor. Should this Agreement be terminated by reason of the unavailability of Authority or Federal funds for the purposes of this Agreement, all finished or unfinished documents, data, studies, reports, and other materials prepared by the Contractor under this Agreement prior to the effective date of the termination shall be delivered in a format specified by the Authority. In the event of termination under this section for lack of Authority or Federal funds, the Contractor shall be entitled to receive payment for Products and Services incurred under this Agreement prior to the effective date of termination.
