SUSPENSION AND GARDEN LEAVE. 15.1. Wherever applicable the Company can suspend all or any of your duties on terms and for periods as it decides appropriate in the circumstances. This may include a term that you must stay away from any of the Company’s premises and/or will not be provided with any work, and/or will have no business contact with any or all of the Company’s customers/clients, employees, agents, distributors or suppliers. Throughout any such period of suspension you will continue to be paid a salary and receive the other benefits you are entitled to under this Agreement in accordance with Company Policies. The Executive must not during any period of suspension, without the written consent of the Company, go to any premises of the Parent, the Company or any Associated Company or contact or deal with any employee, customer, client or supplier of the Parent, the Company or any Associated Company.

SUSPENSION AND GARDEN LEAVE. 3.4.1 The Company reserves the right to exclude you from the premises of the Company and require you not to attend work and/or not to undertake all or any of your duties of employment at any time (the "Leave Period") provided always that the Leave Period shall be of a reasonable duration. During the Leave Period, you will be entitled to receive your usual pay and all contractual benefits in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and subject to applicable law. Any Leave Period that coincides with the notice period or any portion of the notice period shall be referred to as the Garden Leave Period.
