Common use of Surviving Spouse Clause in Contracts

Surviving Spouse. The provisions of subsection 3.c.(1) or (2) shall be applicable to a surviving spouse eligible for retiree health coverage under subsections 2.b. or 2.c. of this Article. An eligible surviving spouse without eligible dependents shall be covered by subsection 3.c.(1)(a); in all other circumstances he/she shall be covered by subsection 3.c.(1)(b).
