Surviving Rights. Notwithstanding the termination of Executive’s employment, the parties shall be required to carry out any provisions hereof which contemplate performance subsequent to such termination; and such termination shall not affect any liability or other obligation which shall have accrued prior to such termination, including, but not limited to, any liability for loss or damage on account of a prior default.
Surviving Rights. The obligations and rights of the Parties under Sections 4.3(c), 5.3, 6.1, and Articles 8, 9, 10 and 11 shall survive any termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Surviving Rights. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature are intended to survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement shall survive and remain in full force and effect, including but not limited to the restrictions and obligations set forth in Sections 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 3.1, 3.2, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 5.3, 5.5, 6 and 7 of Part 1 of this Agreement. In the event of the termination of Licensee’s maintenance and support of a perpetual license for the Software and provided Licensee is not in breach of the Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect except for Part 2 of this Agreement and any related maintenance and support terms.
Surviving Rights. The rights and obligations of the parties set forth in this Section 12 and Section 4, Section 7, Section 8, Section 9, Section 10, Section 13, Section 14, and any right, obligation, or required performance of the parties in this License Agreement, which, by its express terms or nature and context is intended to survive termination or expiration of this License Agreement, will survive any such termination.
Surviving Rights. The rights and obligations set forth in this Agreement shall extend beyond the term or termination of the Agreement only to the extent expressly provided for herein, or the extent that the survival of such rights or obligations are necessary to permit their complete fulfillment or discharge.
Surviving Rights. Any rights or obligations of the Parties in this Agreement which, by their nature, should survive termination or expiration of this Agreement will survive any such termination or expiration.
Surviving Rights. The obligations and rights of the parties under Sections 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 and Articles 5, 6 (for the period specified in Section 4.1(b)), 9, 10, 11 (for the period specified therein) and 12 shall survive termination. Article 7 shall survive termination and shall continue so long as the License Agreement shall be in effect.

The rights and obligations set forth in this Agreement shall extend beyond the termination of the Agreement only to the extent expressly provided for herein as follows: Article I, Sections 6.13(d) and 6.14, Article IX, Article X, the definitions in Article XI, Sections 11.3, 11.5, 12.2, Article XIII, Sections 14.2(c) – (f) and 14.3, and Article XV.
Surviving Rights.
