Common use of Survival Provisions Clause in Contracts

Survival Provisions. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason or in accordance with its terms, the following Articles and Sections shall be deemed to have survived such termination or expiration: Article II - (Definitions and Rules of Construction) Article XVI - (Accounting and Allocation of Costs of Joint Operations) Article XVII- (Retained Rights of the Parties) Article XVIII- (Additional Provisions), except Section 18.11 (Execution of Counterparts) and Section 18.12 (Amendment)
