Common use of Survival of Warranties and Representations Clause in Contracts

Survival of Warranties and Representations. Borrower covenants, warrants and represents to Bank that all representations and warranties of Borrower contained in this Agreement and the Other Agreements, shall survive the execution, delivery and acceptance thereof by the parties thereto and the closing of the transactions described therein or related thereto.

Survival of Warranties and Representations. Borrower covenants, ------------------------------------------ warrants and represents to Bank the Lenders, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Subsidiaries, that all of its representations and warranties of Borrower contained in this Agreement the Loan Documents shall be true at the time of such Person's execution of the Loan Documents, and the Other Agreements, shall survive the execution, delivery and acceptance thereof by the parties thereto and the closing of the transactions transaction described therein or related thereto.

Survival of Warranties and Representations. Borrower covenants, warrants and represents to Bank that all representations and warranties of Borrower contained in this Agreement and the Other Agreements, other Loan Documents shall be true at the time of Borrower's execution of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and shall survive the execution, delivery and acceptance thereof by the parties thereto and the closing of the transactions described therein or related thereto.
