Common use of Survival of Termination Clause in Contracts

Survival of Termination. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Sections 3.3(f), 3.6, 11, 12, 13.4, 13.5, 14, 15(a), 18, 19, 20, 23, 25, 27 and this Section 26 shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Termination. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Sections 3.3(f), 3.610, 1111.3, 11.4, 12, 13.4, 13.513, 14, 15(a)15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 25, 27 24 and this Section 26 27 shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement.
