Survival of Rights and Obligations. Termination of this Agreement shall not prejudice any rights of either party hereto against the other which may have accrued up to the date of termination. In addition, all covenants respecting indemnification, governing law, attorneys fees, arbitration, confidentiality, warranties, termination, and continuing liability for amounts payable hereunder shall survive the termination of this Agreement as expressly set forth elsewhere herein.
