Common use of Survival of Provisions After Termination Clause in Contracts

Survival of Provisions After Termination. (1) If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated, or otherwise fails to take effect for any reason, Sections 3.1(7), 3.2(5), 5.2 (insofar as it relates to the investment, distribution or administration of monies in the Trust Account, including Administration Expenses, or administration of the distribution protocol), 6.1(2), 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 9.1, 9.2, 10.1(4), 11.1(2), 11.2, 12.2(7), 14.1, 14.2, 14.3, 14.4, 14.5, 14.6, 14.7, 14.8, 14.9, 14.10, 14.11, 14.12, 14.13, 14.15, 14.16 and 14.17, and the definitions applicable thereto (but only for the limited purpose of the interpretation of those sections) shall survive the termination and continue in full force and effect. All other provisions of this Settlement Agreement and all other obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement shall cease immediately.

All other provisions of this Settlement Agreement and all other obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement shall cease immediately.

All other provisions of this Settlement Agreement and all other obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement shall cease immediately.
