Common use of Survival of Provisions After Termination Clause in Contracts

Survival of Provisions After Termination. (a) If this Settlement Agreement is terminated or otherwise fails to take effect for any reason, the provisions of Sections 2.2(d), 7.1, 7.2, 10.1, 10.2, 11.2, and 12.1 and the definitions in Section 1 applicable thereto shall survive the termination and continue in full force and effect.

Survival of Provisions After Termination.
