SURVEY MONUMENTS. At no time during construction, reconstruction, or maintenance shall survey monuments, witness trees, or bearing trees be disturbed or damaged. If damaged or disturbed, Purchaser shall hire a licensed land surveyor to repair, replace, and/or reset them.
SURVEY MONUMENTS. The Purchaser agrees to comply with s. 59.635, Wis. Stats., regarding perpetuation of landmarks and pay for the cost of repair or replacement of property or land survey monuments or accessories which are removed, destroyed or made inaccessible.

All road work is marked as follows: • Orange ribbon and paint for construction centerlines. • Construction stakes for everything else.
SURVEY MONUMENTS. The Developer hereby agrees to properly place and install all survey or other monuments required by statute or ordinance, prior to final plat approval. Interior piping shall be installed after the improvements are completed.
SURVEY MONUMENTS. No land survey monument shall be disturbed or moved until Engineer has been properly notified and the Engineer's surveyor has referenced the survey monument for resetting. The parties agree that upon such an unauthorized disturbance it is difficult to determine the damages from such a disturbance, and the parties agree that Contractor will pay as liquidated damages the sum of $1,000 to cover such damage and expense. Only the Engineer’s licensed surveyor shall reset the monument, and at the Contractor’s sole cost.
SURVEY MONUMENTS. The Developer shall install all survey monuments for the lands within the Plat in the manner required by law within the time required by law.
SURVEY MONUMENTS. The Developer has certified that all survey or other monuments required by statute or ordinance have been properly placed and installed. Any monuments disturbed during construction of improvements shall be restored and certified by a Professional Land Surveyor.
SURVEY MONUMENTS. Before final approval of any plat or certified survey map, the subdivider shall install survey monuments placed in accordance with the requirements of Section 236.15, Wis. Stats., and as may be required by the Village Engineer. The Village Board may waive the placing of monuments required under Section 236.15(1)(b), (c) and (d), Wis. Stats., for a reasonable time on condition that the subdivider execute a surety bond to insure the placing of such monuments within the time required.
SURVEY MONUMENTS. Properly place and install any lot, block or other monuments required by State Statute, City Ordinance or the Public Works & Development Director.
SURVEY MONUMENTS. The Developer shall place and install all survey or other monuments required by statute or ordinance prior to final plat approval but no later than one year from the date of this Agreement, except that the Village agrees that all monumenting interior to the subdivision may be deferred for a reasonable time, not to exceed one (1) year after the recording of the final plat. The financial guarantee set forth in Section III.A below includes the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per lot as a financial guarantee that such monuments will be placed within the time required. Building permits will not be issued for any lot which does not have all survey monuments complete in place.
