Survey Control. 6 Developer shall establish Project survey control by utilizing those primary horizontal control 7 points depicted on the Results of Survey for Project No. 202L MA 000 H5439, by Xxxxxxx 8 Consultants, included in the RIDs. Developer shall establish secondary survey control points 9 throughout the Project alignment at intervals not to exceed 1,000 feet. These points must 10 include horizontal and vertical data sufficient to control construction. These survey control points 11 and bench marks must be shown on the Plans and expressed in northings, eastings, elevations, 12 stations, and offsets.
Survey Control. Such general reference points and bench marks on the building site as will enable the Contractor to proceed with the Work will be established in the drawings and specifications. If the Contractor finds that any previously established reference points have been lost or destroyed, Contractor shall promptly notify the Division Manager.

Survey Control. The Developer shall provide all property corners and street centerline stakes, and shall provide reasonable and necessary opportunities and facilities for setting points and making measurements. Construction shall not commence until the Developer has made provision to establish such points and measurements to the District's satisfaction. The Extension shall conform to such points and instructions. The Developer shall preserve bench marks, reference points and stakes, and, in case of destruction, shall be charged for any resulting expense and shall be responsible for any errors that may be caused by their absence or disturbance.
Survey Control. 4.4 Unless otherwise provided in the Contract, the Design-Builder will provide engineering surveys and establish those survey control points necessary to lay out the Work. The Design- Builder must: (1) lay out the Work, unless otherwise specified in this Contract, (2) protect and preserve the established survey control points, and (3) make no change or relocation of the survey control points without the prior written approval of the City. The Design-Builder must report to the City whenever any survey control point is lost, destroyed, or requires relocation. At no additional cost to the City, the Design-Builder shall be responsible for the accurate replacement or relocation of survey control points lost or destroyed without City approval. Such replacement must be by a professional land surveyor licensed by the State of Oregon.

Survey Control. Simultaneous to the LiDAR data collection mission, QSI will conduct a static (1 Hz recording frequency) survey of the horizontal and vertical positions of two or more survey control dual-frequency DGPS base stations established at monuments with known coordinates. Maximum baseline lengths between control points and the aircraft GPS do not exceed 24 kilometers (13 nautical miles). After the static GPS data have been collected, the files will be processed using the Online Positioning User Service (OPUS). Multiple sessions will be processed over the same monument to confirm antenna height measurements and reported OPUS position accuracy. Control monument locations will be certified by a QSI Washington PLS. Q uality control real-time kinematic (RTK) ground check survey data will be collected within the project area, with an established Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of less than 2 cm. Absolute laser spot accuracies will be statistically analyzed based upon an adequate sample (500 per 50,000 acres, depending on access and GPS conditions within study area) of well-distributed RTK ground survey points on open, bare earth surfaces with level slope.
