Survey Administration. We offered a single tutorial session about change contracts to the survey participants before they took an open-book mini-test two weeks later (the education materials we used for this tutorial can also be downloaded from the aforementioned Web site). During the test, we measured the time each student spent filling in the questionnaire. To encourage the students, we allocated 10% of credit points of the course for this survey. While grading the answers to the RD-type questions, we occasionally gave a half- point when the answered verbal description about a change contract is neither en- tirely correct nor entirely incorrect. No partial points were given for the other types of questions.

This includes: • Project planning; • Working with NCI-AD Project Team to schedule refresher interviewer training webinars as needed; • Preparing any state-specific training materials agreed upon by the Participating State staff and NCI-AD Project Team; • Preparing a random sample of at least 700 contacts that will result in the completion of at least 400 service participants surveys; • Working with aging and disability stakeholder groups at the state and local levels to inform them of and prepare them for the rollout of NCI-AD in their state; • Obtaining consent from individuals participating in the survey; • Designating a point of contact for questions or concerns from individuals participating in the NCI-AD survey; • Collecting specified pre-survey and background information on each individual interviewed; • Conducting in-person interviews of at least 400 participants and as reasonably requested by the NCI-AD Project Team; • Working with the NCI-AD Project Team to review data and clean it as needed; • Sharing aggregate-level data on the public-facing NCI-AD website; • Reviewing draft reports for accuracy and completeness and providing comments and feedback to the NCI-AD Project Team within 30 days of receiving the draft report; • Dissemination of the state’s final NCI-AD report to stakeholders within the state; Participating in bi-monthly technical assistance calls with the NCI-AD Project Team to discuss program planning, implementation, and progress; and • Promptly informing the NCI-AD Project Team of changes in state contact information (i.e. state staff currently working on the Program) as well as any revisions that have been made to the state’s work plans, timelines, or the data being gathered. Submitting NCI‐AD Compliant Data. The Participating State is responsible for ensuring that data is submitted in NCI‐AD compliant format in order for the NCI-AD Project Team to analyze the data. Compliance is ensured by entering all data into the ODESA (Online Data Entry Survey Application System).   • PAY ADMINISTRATION 62.01 Except as provided in this Article, the terms and conditions governing the application of pay to employees are not affected by this Agreement.

  • WAGE ADMINISTRATION The rules governing salary treatment further to a revision or reclassification shall be the following: • if the occupation is downgraded the employee will benefit from wage protection (for clarity, the employee’s rate of pay prior to the downgrade) for the duration of the Collective Agreement and will be entitled annually to a $750.00 lump sum in lieu of a bargained increase as described in Attachment C of the Collective Agreement until the top salary rate for her salary group exceeds her current rate. • if the occupation is upgraded the pay adjustment will be effective from the date of the request.

  • Salary Administration Section 1. Salary eligibility date is defined as the date an employee is eligible for an annual performance pay increase. The salary eligibility date is computed from the date of hire. Employees shall be eligible for annual performance pay increases on the employees' salary eligibility date provided the employee is not at the top step of the salary range of the employees' classification. The employee may be denied the annual performance pay increase if there has been a serious performance or attendance problem. Denials are subject to review within six (6) months. Denials may be grieved under the provisions of Article 51.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Claims Administration An employee will be required to comply with any and all rules and regulations and/or limitations established by the carrier or applicable third party administrator and contained in the policy, and employees and their dependents shall look solely to such carrier or third party administration for the adjudication of the payment of any and all benefits claims.

  • Grant Administration The District recognizes that Charter Schools are utilizing revenue sources associated with federal and state agency grants. The District is required to be Fiscal Agent on such grants meaning the District is responsible for oversight, approval, review and distribution of funds. These administrative tasks result in the utilization of District resources. In recognition of this, the District is mandating the following.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

  • Employment and Training Administration The ratio of trainees to journeymen on the job site shall not be greater than permitted under the plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration. Every trainee must be paid at not less than the rate specified in the approved program for the trainee's level of progress, expressed as a percentage of the journeyman hourly rate specified in the applicable wage determination. Trainees shall be paid fringe benefits in accordance with the provisions of the trainee program. If the trainee program does not mention fringe benefits, trainees shall be paid the full amount of fringe benefits listed on the wage determination unless the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division determines that there is an apprenticeship program associated with the corresponding journeyman wage rate on the wage determination which provides for less than full fringe benefits for apprentices. Any employee listed on the payroll at a trainee rate who is not registered and participating in a training plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the classification of work actually performed. In addition, any trainee performing work on the job site in excess of the ratio permitted under the registered program shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the work actually performed. In the event the Employment and Training Administration withdraws approval of a training program, the contractor will no longer be permitted to utilize trainees at less than the applicable predetermined rate for the work performed until an acceptable program is approved.

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • RECORDS ADMINISTRATION Contractor shall maintain or supervise the maintenance of all records necessary to properly account for Contractor’s performance and the payments made by the State Entity to Contractor under this Contract. These records shall be retained by Contractor for at least six (6) years after final payment, or until all audits initiated within the six (6) years have been completed, whichever is later. Contractor agrees to allow, at no additional cost, State of Utah and federal auditors, and State Entity staff, access to all such records.
