Surrender Upon Termination. The Executive agrees that in the event of the termination of the Executive's employment for any reason, whether before or after the Term, the Executive will immediately deliver to the Company all property belonging to the Company, including documents and materials of any nature pertaining to the Executive's work with the Company, and will not take with the Executive any documents or materials of any description, or any reproduction thereof of any description, containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information. It is understood that the Executive is free to use information that is in the public domain, but not as a result of a breach of this Agreement.
Surrender Upon Termination. Unless NAI or an Applicable Purchaser is purchasing or has purchased BNPPLC’s entire interest in the Property pursuant to the terms of the Purchase Agreement, NAI must, upon the termination of NAI’s right to occupancy, surrender to BNPPLC the Property, including Improvements constructed by NAI and fixtures and furnishings included in the Property, free of all Hazardous Substances (including Permitted Hazardous Substances) and tenancies and with all Improvements in substantially the same condition as of the date the same were initially completed, excepting only (i) ordinary wear and tear that occurs between the maintenance, repairs and replacements required by other provisions of this Lease, and (ii) demolition, alterations and additions which are expressly permitted by the terms of this Lease and which have been completed by NAI in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with all Applicable Laws. Any movable furniture or movable personal property belonging to NAI or any party claiming under NAI, if not removed at the time of such termination and if BNPPLC so elects, will be deemed abandoned and become the property of BNPPLC without any payment or offset therefor. If BNPPLC does not so elect, BNPPLC may remove such property from the Property and store it at NAI’s risk and expense. NAI must bear the expense of repairing any damage to the Property caused by such removal by BNPPLC or NAI.
Surrender Upon Termination. Upon termination of his employment with Employer for any reason, Executive will surrender and return to Employer all documents and materials in his possession or control which contain Trade Secrets, Inventions and other Confidential Information. Executive shall immediately return to the Company all lists, books, records, materials and documents, together with all copies thereof, and all other Company property in his possession or under his control, relating to or used in connection with the past, present or anticipated business of the Company, or any affiliate or subsidiary thereof. Executive acknowledges and agrees that all such lists, books, records, materials and documents, are the sole and exclusive property of the Company.
Surrender Upon Termination. At the end of the lease term the Tenant shall surrender the leased property in as good condition as it was in at the beginning of the term, reasonable use and wear excepted.
Surrender Upon Termination. Tenant shall, upon termination of the term, peacefully and quietly surrender the premises to Landlord in as good condition as it was at the beginning, reasonable use and wear and damage by the elements excepted. Tenant shall remove all of its personal property and trade fixtures (repairing any damage to the premises such removal causes) so that Landlord can repossess and enjoy the premises not later than noon on the day upon which the term ends, whether upon notice or by holdover or otherwise. Landlord shall have the right to enforce this covenant by ejectment, for damages, or for breach of any other condition or covenant of this Lease.

The Employee agrees that in the event of the termination of the Employee's employment for any reason, the Employee will immediately deliver to the Corporation (and/or other members of the AirTouch Group, as applicable) all property belonging to the AirTouch Group, including all documents and materials of any nature pertaining to the Employee's work with the AirTouch Group, and will not take with the Employee any documents or materials of any description, or any reproduction thereof of any description, containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information. It is understood that the Employee is free to use information that is in the public domain (not as a result of a breach of this Agreement).
Surrender Upon Termination. Upon expiration of the Lease Term, or upon earlier termination of the lease for any reason, Lessee promptly and peaceably shall remove any of Lessee's equipment and property (and shall repair any damage caused by that removal), and shall surrender the Leased Property in good condition. Depreciation and wear and tear from ordinary use permitted under this Agreement need not be restored by Lessee. All repairs for which Lessee is responsible shall be completed prior to the surrender of the Leased Property. If Lessee remains in occupancy of the Leased Property after termination of the Lease Term, then Lessor shall have the option to treat Lessee as a tenant from month-to-month, subject to all of the provisions of this Agreement except the provisions for rental amounts, term, and renewal, and in that event Lessee shall be obligated to pay monthly rent to Lessor at a rate equal to the monthly rental amount in effect as of the last month of the Lease Term. Acceptance by Lessor of rent subsequent to termination of the Lease Term shall not result in a renewal of the lease and shall not constitute a waiver of Lessor's right to re-enter the Leased Property, remove Lessee or exercise any other rights available to Lessor under this Agreement or provided by law. If Lessee fails to surrender the Leased Property in accordance herewith upon termination of the Lease Term, Lessee shall indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from all losses and liabilities, including but not limited to any claims made by any succeeding tenant, which result from or are based upon Lessee's failure to so surrender the Leased Property.
