Relevant service and support descriptions are contained in the current MDHHS Medical Services Administration Policy for Prepaid Health Plans and these definitions are incorporated by reference into this agreement, to the extent they are consistent with the Board’s service obligations under MCL 330.1206(1), and the Children’s Waiver. SUPPORTS AND SERVICES. 2.1 Concurrent 1915(b)/(c) Program: Services may be provided at or through PIHP service sites or contractual provider locations. Unless otherwise noted in the Michigan Medicaid Provider Manual:-Mental Health-Substance Abuse section, mental health and developmental disabilities services may also be provided in other locations in the community, including the beneficiary's home, according to individual need and clinical appropriateness.

SUPPORTS AND SERVICES. Period of Agreement: This contract shall commence on October 1, 2017 and continue through September 30, 2018. This agreement is in full force and effect for the period specified. Program Budget and Agreement Amount: Total funding available for managed mental health supports and services is identified in the annual Legislative Appropriation for community mental health services programs. Payment to the CMHSP will be paid based on the funding amount specified in Part II, Section 7.0 of this contract. The value of this contract is contingent upon and subject to enactment of legislative appropriations and availability of funds. The terms and conditions of this contract are those included in: (a) Part I: Contractual Services Terms and Conditions; (b) Part II: Statement of Work; and (c) all Attachments as specified in Parts I and II of the contract.
SUPPORTS AND SERVICES. The charter school will provide support and academic services necessary to address the needs of learners who are not performing at grade level, or need support in other areas, such as English learners, and individuals with exceptional needs in order to be consistent with the learner's IEP or plan pursuant to Section 504 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. Sec. 794), learners in xxxxxx care or experiencing homelessness, and learners requiring mental health supports.
