SUPPORTS AND SERVICES. 2.1 Concurrent 1915(b)/(c) Program: Services may be provided at or through PIHP service sites or contractual provider locations. This agreement is in full force and effect for the period specified. Program Budget and Agreement Amount: Total funding available for managed mental health supports and services is identified in the annual Legislative Appropriation for community mental health services programs. SUPPORTS AND SERVICES. The charter school will provide support and academic services necessary to address the needs of learners who are not performing at grade level, or need support in other areas, such as English learners, and individuals with exceptional needs in order to be consistent with the learner's IEP or plan pursuant to Section 504 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C.
