Common use of Supporting Information Clause in Contracts

Supporting Information. Supplier will provide Spark with all information Spark may reasonably require from time to time to validate the time spent and charges for time and materials work, and the overall computation of the Charges and Expenses. Supplier acknowledges that Spark will not be obliged to make payment for any Charges or Expenses for which Supplier fails to provide appropriate timesheets, third party invoices and any other supporting documentation reasonably required by Spark for the purpose of verifying the Charges and Expenses.
