Common use of Supporting Information Clause in Contracts

Supporting Information. All consolidated historical financial information provided by HEALTHSOUTH to Horizon/CMS in connection with Horizon/CMS's due diligence investigation prior to the date of this Plan of Merger, and all such information provided to Horizon/CMS on or after the date of this Plan of Merger, is supported by detailed information at the facility or operating unit level and is in all respects consistent with and fairly reflective of such detailed information.
