Support required. If a provision of a premarital agreement modifies or eliminates spousal support and that modification or elimination causes one party to the agreement to be eligible for support under a program of public assistance at the time of separation or marital dissolution, a court, notwithstanding the terms of the agreement, may require the other party to provide support to the extent necessary to avoid that eligibility. Support required. Customer is required to continue purchasing support and maintenance Services from Motorola throughout the term of this Agreement, as a condition to the license of the Software under this Agreement. This Agreement shall automatically terminate if Customer ceases paying the required fees for maintenance and support of the Software, unless Motorola terminates the Support Agreement without cause.
Support required. Customer is required to continue purchasing support and maintenance services from Xxxxxxxx throughout the term of this Agreement, as a condition to the license of the Software under this Agreement. Termination will be handled in accordance to Appendix A, Section 11B of DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-3370.
Support required. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the licenses granted by Motorola under the Agreement to CAD and Records Products for on-premises Software Systems are conditioned upon Customer purchasing Maintenance and Support Services for such Products during the term of the applicable license. If at any time during the term of any such license, Customer fails to purchase associated Maintenance and Support Services (or pay the fees for such Services), Motorola will have the right to terminate or suspend the software licenses for CAD and Record Products, and this SPA or the applicable Ordering Document.

Support required. Network Support: o Contractor will examine and become familiar with the client’s current technology, application portfolio and data architecture crucial to the overall process. o Contractor will document and fine tune the client’s network and ensure it performs efficiently and continuously. Will monitor the network and track whether the servers, UPS, workstations, and network infrastructure are running and will immediately send alerts if trouble occurs. o Contractor will perform routine health checks on Printers, Servers and Desktop Units o Contractor will clean hardware, once a year, to refresh system
