Support Rate Schedules. a) Instructional Support Rate For service of counselors, reference librarians, health center nurses, instructional specialists; short-term substitutes of one (1) week or less (or the equivalent for other than semester-length terms); special projects or assignments; assignments in directed learning/supplemental instructional activities, including but not limited to the student success centers (multi-disciplinary, math, reading/ESL, and/or writing); compensation is per hour of service provided.
