Support Facilities. Install and operate support facilities (e.g., site project office, command post, decontamination facilities, roads, and utilities) and establish exclusion, contamination reduction, and support zones. The site project office shall include space for one or more Government representatives. The Contractor shall locate staging and demolition areas, subject to Government approval.
Support Facilities. The Series Trust has the following Support Facilities:
Support Facilities. (a) (Enter into Support Facilities) The Trustee shall in relation to any Trust, on the prior direction of the Trust Manager (and following a review by the Trustee of the documentation for the proposed Support Facility), enter into or acquire and perform any Support Facilities on such terms and conditions as are reasonably required by the Trust Manager (subject to this deed).

Concessionaire shall provide sufficient and appropriate first-aid facilities, sanitary facilities and potable water for the benefit of all personnel employed or expected to be present at the Project Right of Way including Contractor’s personnel, and all such facilities shall be maintained in a clean and orderly condition.
Support Facilities. All those facilities, wherever situated, including, but not limited to, both real and personal property, exclusive of Common Facilities, Nuclear Fuel, Operating Inventory and Major Spare Parts, which are purchased, leased or otherwise obtained for the construction, operation and maintenance of one or more nuclear unit(s) located at the North Xxxx Nuclear Power Station and one or more nuclear unit(s) located at Virginia Power's Surry Nuclear Power Station or at such other location as Virginia Power may have an interest in any nuclear facility. Support Facilities, and investment and cost responsibilities of the Parties therefor, are more specifically described in Appendix F hereto.
Support Facilities. All of the repairs of internal installations of the units, such as water, light, power, sewage, telephones, air conditioners, sanitary installations, doors, windows, lamps and all other accessories serving only one unit shall be at the expense of the unit owner. However, all such repairs affecting more than one unit or affecting the exterior appearance of the building shall be subject to the review and approval of the Board of Trustees prior to such repair.
Support Facilities. The Service Provider provides Support Services remotely from the Service Provider’s facilities.
Support Facilities. As additional consideration for the services to be rendered hereunder, the Company will provide Consultant with such support facilities at the Company's principal office as may be required in the Company's judgment to enable Consultant to properly perform the services to be rendered hereunder.

Support Facilities. In order to secure the payment of interest on the Bonds, the Corporation has obtained the Policy. At all times on or prior to the Fixed Rate Conversion Date, except during any Auction Rate Period during which the Bonds bear interest at an Auction Rate or when all the Bonds then outstanding are held by or for the account of the Corporation, a Liquidity Facility meeting the requirements of this Section 4.12 shall be in effect and, in the event that an Alternate Liquidity Facility is to replace a Liquidity Facility, the requirements of Section 6.02 of the Indenture with regard to such Liquidity Facility will be fulfilled. A Liquidity Facility shall expire no earlier than the earliest of (1) its stated expiration date, which shall be not less than six months from its effective date and shall be no earlier than the second Business Day after the next succeeding date when Bonds are subject to optional or mandatory tender for purchase, (2) when all available amounts have been drawn, (3) the second business day following a Change in the Interest Rate Mode to an Auction Rate, (4) the second business day following the Fixed Rate Conversion Date, (5) on the effective date of any Alternate Liquidity Facility that replaces the then effective Liquidity Facility, (6) the earliest date on which no Bonds are outstanding and (7) twelve days after the Trustee receives notice from the Liquidity Provider that it is terminating the Liquidity Facility and directing the Trustee to cause a mandatory tender and purchase of the Bonds.
