Common use of Supplying Information Clause in Contracts

Supplying Information. The Company shall cooperate with each Stockholder in supplying such information as may be necessary for such Stockholder to complete and file any information reporting forms presently or hereafter required by the Commission as a condition to the availability of an exemption from the Securities Act for the sale of any Registrable Shares.

Supplying Information. The Company shall cooperate with each Stockholder holder of Registrable Securities in supplying such information as may be reasonably necessary for such Stockholder holder to complete and file any information reporting forms presently or hereafter required by the Commission as a condition to the availability of an exemption from the Securities Act for the sale of any Registrable SharesSecurities. The Company shall provide the Register Holder with written notice as soon as possible with respect to the possible occurrence of any event of default under this Warrant.

The Company shall cooperate with each Stockholder Holder of a Warrant and each holder of Ordinary Shares in supplying such information as may be reasonably necessary for such Stockholder holder to complete and file any information reporting forms presently or hereafter required by the Commission as a condition to the availability of an exemption from the Securities Act for the sale of any Registrable SharesWarrant or Warrant Stock. In addition, the Company shall promptly provide the Holder with copies of all public financial information relating to the Company as such information becomes public.

The Company shall cooperate with each Stockholder Registered Holder of a Warrant in supplying such information as may be reasonably necessary for such Stockholder Holder to complete and file any information reporting forms presently or hereafter required by the Securities and Exchange Commission as a condition to the availability of an exemption from the Securities Act for the sale of any Registrable SharesWarrant.
