Authority to Sign If this document is not signed by all of the persons comprising the Supplier, any person who has signed this document warrants to DFMC that it is duly authorised to sign and bind all the persons comprising the Supplier.
APPLICABILITY TO SUBCONTRACTORS Respondent agrees that all contracts it awards pursuant to the contract awarded as a result of this Agreement will be bound by the foregoing terms and conditions.
NOTICE TO PROCEED AND SCHEDULE The CONSULTANT shall begin the work to be performed under this Contract only upon receipt of the written notice to proceed from the LPA, and shall deliver the work to the LPA in accordance with the schedule contained in Appendix "C" which is herein attached to and made an integral part of this Contract.
Contract Number All purchase orders issued by purchasing entities within the jurisdiction of this Addendum shall include the Participating State Addendum Number: 46151504-NASPO-17-ACS. This Addendum and Master Agreement number RFP-NK-15-001 (administered by the State of Colorado) together with its exhibits, set forth the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of all previous communications, representations or agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof. The terms and conditions of this Addendum and the Contract and its exhibits shall prevail and govern in the case of any such inconsistent or additional terms within the Participating State.

Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable Regulation / Guidelines / Directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be to the account of the Power Producer.
Right to Receive Documentation a. Periodic Statements. Transfers and withdrawals made through any ATM or POS terminal, debit card transactions, audio response transactions, preauthorized EFTs, online/PC transactions, mobile access device transactions or xxxx payments you make will be recorded on your periodic statement. You will receive a statement monthly unless there is no transaction in a particular month. In any case, you will receive a statement at least quarterly.
VARIATION TO AGREEMENT 21.1 You agree the NZOC has the right to amend this Agreement at any time prior to the Nomination Date. Any amendment to this Agreement after the Nomination Date, will only be valid if it is in writing and signed by you.
