SUPPLY OF THE SERVICE. 2.1 The Service will commence on the Connection Date and shall continue, unless terminated earlier in accordance with condition 7, for the Minimum Term. The term of the Contract shall automatically extend for 12 months (Extended Term) at the end of the Minimum Term and at the end of each Extended Term, unless a party gives written notice to the other party no later than 90 days before the end of the Minimum Term or the relevant Extended Term, to terminate the Contract at the end of the Minimum Term.
SUPPLY OF THE SERVICE. 2.1 The Service will commence on the date of contract and continue for the minimum term as set out in the Order Form. The Supplier shall provide the Service and Equipment to the Customer subject to these Terms. All services are independently provided and are individually subject to termination charges.
SUPPLY OF THE SERVICE. 2.1 The Supplier cannot guarantee and does not warrant that the Service(s) will be free of interruptions or will be fault- free, and the Supplier will not be held liable for any loss or damages should the Service be interrupted from time to time. The Customer accepts that there may also be degradation in the quality of the Service from time to time and subject always to clause (19.1) below, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damages should the quality of the Service provided be affected by such Matters.

SUPPLY OF THE SERVICE. 1.1. The Scope of this Contract is the provision of the services for the realization of the Pilot Project “Flood insurance in the areas of Skadar/Shkoder Lake – Buna/Bojana River, and Struga in Ohrid Lake according to the attached document ‘’Terms of Reference’’ to the details included in the (Technical and Financial) offers accompanying this Contract, as submitted by the Contractor being an integral part of this Contract.
SUPPLY OF THE SERVICE. 3.1 IntraLAN Group Ltd shall provide the Service with effect from the Connection Date in accordance with the Service Agreement and these Conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions (including any terms or conditions which the Customer purports to apply under any purchase order, confirmation of order or other document). IntraLAN Group Ltd reserves the right to vary the Connection Date to take account of unanticipated installation or connection issues to the IntraLAN Group Ltd network.
SUPPLY OF THE SERVICE. 3.1 The Service is provided on an ongoing basis every day of the week, 24 hours a day, except where the Service is suspended due to technical problems and/or maintenance governed by Article 3.5 below.

SUPPLY OF THE SERVICE. 3.1 The Supplier shall supply the Service to the Customer from the Commencement Date. The Supplier may at its discretion wait until a survey of the Premises has been conducted by BT before agreeing the Commencement Date with the Customer.
