SUPPLY OF THE PRODUCT. 5.1. Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Elan shall use commercially reasonable efforts to produce and supply to Acorda its entire Elan Minimum Requirements of the Product as set forth in and in response to firm purchase orders, within ninety (90) days of the purchase order, or one hundred and fifty (150) days for Launch Stocks or samples (subject to any required extension due to the lead times of specific components of samples).
SUPPLY OF THE PRODUCT. To enable CASI to organize an adequate supply of the Product, the Distributor shall adhere to the following procedure, as may be amended by the Parties from time to time：

SUPPLY OF THE PRODUCT. During the term of this Agreement, Neoprobe shall manufacture and sell the Products and Improved Products exclusively to Ethicon in accordance with the Specifications, and shall not sell, supply or distribute any Products or Improved Products to any third party. Neoprobe shall supply Ethicon (and its Affiliates) with all of those quantities of Products as ordered by Ethicon (and its Affiliates) pursuant to this Agreement.
SUPPLY OF THE PRODUCT. 9.1 Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, ELAN shall produce and supply to LIGAND its entire requirements of the PRODUCT. ELAN shall be the sole and exclusive supplier of the PRODUCT to LIGAND in the TERRITORY and LIGAND will purchase the PRODUCT exclusively from ELAN in the TERRITORY.
SUPPLY OF THE PRODUCT. The Supplier must sell the Product to AOT at the rates specified in this Contract (“Rates”). At any time during the Term, AOT and its agents may make a booking for a Customer with the Supplier for the Product by placing the booking in writing or contacting the Supplier by telephone, email or other agreed electronic method. The Supplier agrees to provide the Product to the Customer on the terms and conditions and at the rates booked by AOT or its agents. The Supplier must ensure that Customers are allocated the same room at the Property for the entire consecutive period of their stay at the Property.
SUPPLY OF THE PRODUCT. 9.1. Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Elan shall produce and supply to Xxxxxx on an exclusive basis its entire requirements of the Product for the Territory. Elan shall be the sole and exclusive supplier of the Product to Xxxxxx in the Territory. Xxxxxx shall purchase the Product exclusively from Elan in the Territory unless there is a failure on the part of Elan to supply Product as set out in Clause 9.15.
SUPPLY OF THE PRODUCT. (a) For each Product, Advaxis, in consultation with Licensee, shall be responsible for manufacturing, packaging, labeling, release testing, and stability testing for laboratory and clinical supplies required for obtaining Regulatory Approval in the Territory for such Product.
SUPPLY OF THE PRODUCT. 3.1 Jakks shall from time to time during the Term place orders with Quantum for such Products as Jakks may require for sale in the Territory, and Quantum agrees to supply Jakks with sufficient Products to enable Jakks to promote the sale of the Products in the Territory.
SUPPLY OF THE PRODUCT. 7.1. Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Elan shall produce and supply to Par on an exclusive basis its entire requirements of the Product for the Territory. Elan shall be the sole and exclusive supplier of the Product to Par in the Territory. Par shall purchase the Product exclusively from Elan in the Territory.
