Supplies, Equipment, and Materials. (a) All pizza and beverage preparation, dispensing, storage and display equipment; delivery and related motor vehicles; equipment, fixtures, furniture and exterior and interior signs and decorations required for the Store; pizza ingredients, beverage products and cooking materials; containers, packaging materials and other paper and plastic products; utensils, uniforms, menus, forms and cleaning and sanitation materials; and other supplies and materials used in the operation of the Store must conform to the specifications and quality standards established by us from time to time.

Supplies, Equipment, and Materials. The Contractor shall furnish, at his own expense, all necessary cleaning supplies, equipment and materials necessary for the performance of his services, unless otherwise noted. All supplies and material shall be provided in original containers and shall be subject to approval by the Agency. The Contractor will supply his employees with a first aid kit, per OSHA requirements and based on the number of employees.

  • Supplies and Equipment The Union and employees will not use state-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct union business or representational activities. This does not preclude the use of the telephone for representational activities if there is no cost to the Employer, the call is brief in duration and it does not disrupt or distract from the Employer’s business.
