Supplies, Equipment, and Materials. Supplies and materials must be for instructional purposes 35 and consistent with the District’s instructional program. Supplies, Equipment, and Materials. (a) All pizza and beverage preparation, dispensing, storage and display equipment; delivery and related motor vehicles; equipment, fixtures, furniture and exterior and interior signs and decorations required for the Store; pizza ingredients, beverage products and cooking materials; containers, packaging materials and other paper and plastic products; utensils, uniforms, menus, forms and cleaning and sanitation materials; and other supplies and materials used in the operation of the Store must conform to the specifications and quality standards established by us from time to time.
