Supplier Services. Supplier agrees that for a period lasting from the Effective Date to the earlier of: (i) June 30, 2000, or (ii) the date this Transaction Agreement terminates; as long as Customer is not in default under the terms of this Transaction Agreement, Supplier shall not provide the services provided to Customer hereunder to the automobile operations of the following manufacturers:[*****].

Supplier Services. Sprint and Sprint Affiliates provide critical communications services to their respective customers (collectively, “Sprint Customers” and each, a “Sprint Customer”). Sprint desires to obtain from Supplier a service consisting of (i) the ability to perform the Services set forth in the Contract Order(s) to this Agreement (the “Current Supplier Services”), and (ii) other tools and services that the Parties may agree to from time to time during the Agreement term, as shall be set forth in a Contract Order (“Future Supplier Services” and, together with the Current Supplier Services, the “Supplier Services”).
Supplier Services. Supplier will provide the Supplier Services as outlined and described in this Agreement. Supplier Services include, but are not limited to, the card order fulfillment services, as described and set forth in Exhibit A attached ("Card Order Fulfillment Services"), and other services set forth in such exhibit. Each individual Work Order for Supplier Services will be related to a particular ValueLink Client and its Stored Value Card Program ("Project"). Each party shall designate a point person ("Designated Representative") who shall be the person the other party's Designated Representative may contact to present and/or resolve issues and matters arising under this Agreement or with respect to a particular Project or ValueLink Client. Unless otherwise agreed to by ValueLink, Supplier will not knowingly contact ValueLink Clients directly.
Supplier Services. (i) During the Term, Supplier shall provide such services as may be necessary in order to deliver all Biomass (including without limitation Existing Biomass) transferred to Project Company hereunder to Project Company at the Storage Sites, including without limitation the following (collectively, the “Services”): (a) locating available Biomass; (b) entering into contracts for title to and right to possess such Biomass; (c) collecting Biomass that requires no further processing to meet the specifications required hereunder; (d) processing Biomass by chipping, grinding or other means to meet the specifications required hereunder; (e) loading Biomass for transportation to the Storage Sites; (f) transporting Biomass to the Storage Sites and from such Storage Sites to the Facility; (g) unloading Biomass at the Storage Sites and the Facility as directed by Project Company representatives, including without limitation unloading Qualifying Biomass and Non-Qualifying Biomass in segregated piles as directed by such Project Company representatives; (h) grooming and managing the Biomass Reserves and any other Biomass inventories located at the Storage Sites on behalf of the Project Company; and (i) providing administrative, accounting, legal and other back office overhead services in connection with the foregoing. Supplier may engage one or more subcontractors (including without limitation its current subcontractors) to perform any such Services. Supplier shall provide, and shall cause its subcontractors to provide, all equipment personnel, permits, licenses, insurance and other operational requirements necessary to render the Services hereunder in a commercially reasonable manner in accordance with prudent industry practices (including without limitation compliance in all material respects with all applicable law).
Supplier Services. Where agreed to in the sign up process or as otherwise agreed between the Parties, C2FO will provide the Supplier Services to the Supplier.
Supplier Services. 1.1 Supplier will provide the Services in accordance with these Standard Terms and Conditions, except to the extent otherwise expressly stated in this SOW. It will exercise due care, efficiency and diligence, and perform in accordance with best commercial practices in Supplier’s field. Time is of the essence in meeting the time schedule, dates for submission of deliverables and milestone dates required under this SOW.
