Supplier Registration. The Agent can only use YTG credentials (TRUE Code, IATA, CLIA, phone number, etc.) to register with approved suppliers that YTG has already registered with. Travel Agent may not use YTG’s credentials to register with a supplier that YTG is not registered with, unless approved by YTG in writing. The Agent shall not use YTG’s credentials to register with a supplier using the Travel Agent’s EIN or submitting their own W9. Under no circumstances shall the Agent attempt to request on YTG’s behalf to update or change any information in YTG’s profile with any YTG supplier. The Agent is not allowed to change, delete, or add anything directly to YTG’s credentials with a supplier. If it is found that an Agent attempted to or knowingly made changes, this Agent Agreement shall be terminated, and the Agent shall in addition to any other remedies provided by law, be liable to YTG for monetary claim for intentional interference with YTG’s business, and the Agent shall pay to YTG for monetary damages the sum of no less than $20,000.00, as well as YTG’s costs to collect such monetary damages, including legal fees incurred prior to commencement of suit, YTG’s litigation costs, and legal fees incurred in any Court action to collect such monetary damages.

Use of this Platform for the Sale of Products is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and has completed the registration process and provided relevant details as required by Mlaxi. Supplier who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a supplier on the Platform, transact or use the Platform.
