SUPPLIER PUBLICATIONS. Any marketing materials in relation to this Framework Agreement that that Supplier produces must comply in all respects with the Branding Guidance. The Supplier will periodically update and revise such marketing materials. The Supplier shall be responsible for keeping under review and the content of any information which appears on the Supplier’s website and which is applicable to this Framework Agreement and ensuring that such information is kept up to date at all times. FRAMEWORK Schedule 11 – guarantee – NOT USED FRAMEWORK Schedule 12 - commercially sensitive information INTRODUCTION Without prejudice to the Authority’s general obligation of confidentiality, the Parties acknowledge that the Authority may have to disclose Information in or relating to this Framework Agreement under Clause 20 following a Request for Information pursuant to Clause 23 of this Framework Agreement.
