Supplier Changes. Supplier shall notify Buyer in writing in advance of any and all: (a) changes to the goods and/or services, their specifications and/or composition; (b) process changes; (c) plant and/or equipment/tooling changes or moves; (d) transfer of any work hereunder to another site or location; and/or (e) sub-supplier changes, and no such change shall occur until Buyer has approved such change in writing. Supplier shall be responsible for obtaining, completing and submitting proper documentation regarding any and all changes, including complying with any written change procedures issued by Buyer. 6.2
Supplier Changes. Supplier shall not make any revisions to the ---------------- Specifications without the prior written consent of GWI. If Supplier desires to change any Specifications (including changes described in Section 7.1(h) below), Supplier shall notify GWI, in writing and in reasonable detail, of: (i) Supplier's suggested change; (ii) the reasons for the suggested change; (iii) the perceived benefits to Supplier and GWI, respectively, of the suggested change; and (iv) the estimated costs and timing of implementing such change, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in Schedule 7.1(i) attached hereto --------------- and incorporated herein by reference. GWI shall be under no obligation to accept, approve or bear the costs of any suggested changes. In the event Supplier is proposing any change to the Specifications on the basis that the change is required to bring the Specifications into conformity with CGMP or any Legal Requirements, then Supplier shall notify GWI of the basis of its determination. If GWI does not concur with Supplier's determination, then GWI shall be liable for any Losses incurred by Supplier (other than special or consequential damages) or GWI arising in connection with Supplier's performance of its obligations under this Agreement to the extent due to GWI's failure to implement the change requested by Supplier, except to the extent Supplier withheld material information or misrepresented the material information upon which GWI made its determination.
Supplier Changes. 9.8 If the Supplier wishes to introduce a change in the Services (a “Supplier Change”) it must serve a notice (a “Supplier Change Notice”) on the Authority.

Supplier Changes. No process changes, design changes, or process step discontinuances affecting the electrical performance (whether specified or not), the mechanical form or fit, the environmental compatibility or chemical characteristics, or the life reliability of Product (collectively “Changes”) shall be made or incorporated in Product without the prior written approval of AMD. Supplier shall give AMD notice of any proposed Change and provide evaluation samples and other appropriate information as specified by AMD. The notice must be received by AMD at least ninety (90) days, plus the agreed upon lead time, prior to the first proposed shipment of any Product affected by the Change. Regardless of whether AMD approves a proposed Change, the agreed upon lead time shall not be changed except as agreed upon in writing by AMD.
