Supplier Agents. SUPPLIER shall ensure that all employees and agents of SUPPLIER who are assigned to perform Services under this Agreement are qualified and have sufficient expertise, training, and experience. SUPPLIER shall ensure that such agents are made aware of and are bound to comply with SUPPLIER’S obligations contained in this Agreement.

Supplier Agents. Supplier shall be permitted to engage and/or use third party Suppliers or other service providers as independent contractors in connection with the Services (“Design Agents”). Notwithstanding, Supplier shall remain fully responsible for such Design Agents’ compliance with the various terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Supplier Agents. Supplier shall require that each Supplier Agent carry Commercial General Liability insurance, including premises, products, completed operations and contractual liability insurance, and in addition, carry Automobile Liability insurance (if performing on PacifiCare's premises), Workers Compensation and Employers Liability insurance, Consultant's Errors and Omissions and Internet Errors and Omissions insurance. Except with regard to the Affected Contractors and subcontractors referenced in Sections 12.4(e) and 12.4(f) engaged by Supplier pursuant to this Agreement, Supplier shall require that all Supplier Agents shall carry the aforementioned insurance with the same minimum limits as required for Supplier in Section 29.1 above.
Supplier Agents. Supplier shall procure that Supplier Agents contractually agree in writing to comply with obligations in relation to the processing of LS&Co. Personal Data which are equivalent to those set out in this Article 13. For the avoidance of doubt, this shall include an obligation on the Supplier to procure that each such Supplier Agent signs up to the Data Protection Model Clauses in accordance with Section 13.8, where required by LS&Co.
