Supplementary Employment Insurance Benefit Plan. An employee who has completed at least twelve (12) months of full- time continuous service and who is entitled to maternity leave under this Article, who provides the Employer with proof that she has applied for and is in receipt of unemployment insurance benefits pursuant to Section 18 of the Employment Insurance Act, shall be paid an allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Plan. Upon receipt by the employer of proof that the employee is in receipt of benefits under the Employment Insurance Act, the employee shall receive from the Employer Supplementary Unemployment Benefits as outlined below:
