Common use of Supplementary Cards Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Cards. The Bank may issue a Supplementary Card(s) at the request of the Cardmember to a party nominated by him/her at the Bank’s discretion. Both the Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardmember(s) will be jointly and severally liable for the use of the Card and of the Supplementary Card(s) whether their Card Accounts are combined or separate. Any Supplementary Cardmember(s) will be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. The Basic Cardmember may assigns the same Credit Limit or a lower limit to the Supplementary Cardmembers at his/her discretion.
