Common use of Supplementary Cardmember Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Cardmember. 3.1 Any Supplementary Cardmember to whom a Supplementary Credit Card is issued upon the joint request of himself and the Cardmember shall sign his Supplementary Credit Card immediately upon receiving the Supplementary Credit Card. All terms and conditions in this Agreement shall apply to the Supplementary Cardmember except Clause 5.1

The Cardmember except Clause 5.1agrees to be liable for all transactions charged to the Cardmember and Supplementary Credit Card(s) which are issued while each Supplementary Cardmember shall be liable for all transactions charged to his Supplementary Credit Card.
