Supplemental Unemployment Benefits on Maternity Leave i) When a pregnant employee takes the maternity leave to which she is entitled pursuant to the Employment Standards Act, the Board shall pay the teacher 95% of her current salary for the first two (2) weeks of leave--if the teacher is eligible to receive E.I. benefits, the difference between 50% of her current salary and the amount of the E.I. Maternity benefits received by the teacher for a further fifteen (15) weeks.
