Supplemental Salary Schedules. The current supplementary salary schedules’ index in effect is set forth in the Appendix. The index refers to the beginning bachelor degree salary in effect. If the Board fills the positions listed on the supplementary salary schedules’ index, teachers who fill those positions will be paid according to the index set forth in the Appendix. A teacher who fails to fulfill or substantially complete his/her duties under a supplemental contract, thereby necessitating the Board to hire a replacement, shall be paid on a prorated basis for that part of the season or activity during which he/she fulfilled the duties. The SEA and Superintendent shall each appoint up to two (2) members to a standing Extracurricular Activity Committee. It shall be the committee that creates job descriptions for supplemental contracts and reviews requests for additions/deletions/modifications to the supplemental contract list, within budget parameters defined annually. The following guidelines apply to placement on the supplemental salary schedule:

  • Salary Schedule The scale of remuneration set out in Schedule "A" shall apply during the term of this Agreement. Any changes in salary rates or the classifications as outlined in Schedule "A" shall not be put into effect until the Union Business Representative has been consulted.

  • SUPPLEMENTAL SALARIES This supplemental salary schedule will be in effect for the current contract year. Supplemental salaries are calculated by multiplying the percentage as outlined in the table to the right by the current, negotiated, certified base salary. Numbers in parentheses indicate number of positions to be filled.

  • Status of Salary Schedule The salary schedules are not to be construed as part of a teacher’s continuing contract. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, a teacher shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time that a successor Agreement is executed.

  • Salary Pay Date/Schedule 3.1.1 Save and except for substitute teachers, each teacher shall be paid 1/12 of their annual rate of salary on or before the 25 day of the month from September to August inclusive provided that the December payment shall be made prior to the last teaching day in December.

  • Salary Schedule Progression Employees shall progress from step to step in salary grade on the basis of satisfactory job performance based upon established standards of performance. Seasonal employee's initial anniversary date shall be established after being in pay status for two thousand eighty (2,080) hours. Such date shall then be used for annual performance evaluation and step progression consideration. When an employee's anniversary date falls on any day from the first day of a pay week through Wednesday of the pay week, the employee's merit increase shall be effective as of the first day of the pay week within which the anniversary date falls. Otherwise, the merit increase shall be effective on the first day of the next pay week. Grievances arising from the denial of merit increases shall not be arbitrable under this Agreement but shall be processed as follows:

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule:

  • Salary Schedule Placement 1. Credit hours for the purpose of placement on the salary schedule shall be defined as those semester hour credits earned for graduate courses that are within the teacher’s present certification or a planned program leading to additional areas of teacher certification, guidance or administration. Upon approval of the Superintendent, any other courses, graduate or undergraduate may be certified for proper placement on the salary schedule.
