Common use of Supplemental Rent Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Rent. Lessee shall pay to Lessor, or to whomever shall be entitled thereto as expressly provided herein or in any other Operative Document, any and all Supplemental Rent promptly as the same shall become due and payable. In the event of any failure on the part of Lessee to pay any Supplemental Rent, Lessor shall have all rights, powers and remedies provided for herein or by law or in equity or otherwise in the case of nonpayment of Basic Rent or Additional Rent.

Supplemental Rent. Lessee shall promptly pay (or cause to Lessor, or be paid) to whomever shall be entitled thereto as expressly provided herein or in any other Operative Document, Lessor any and all Supplemental Rent promptly as the same shall become due and payableowing hereunder. In the event of any failure on the part of Lessee to pay any Supplemental Rent, Lessor shall have all rights, powers and remedies provided for herein or by law or in equity or otherwise in the case of nonpayment of Basic Rent or Additional Rent.of

(i) Lessee shall pay to Lessor, for its own account, or to whomever shall be any Person entitled thereto thereto, as expressly provided herein or in any other Operative Document, any and all Supplemental Rent promptly as the same shall become due and payable. In the event of any failure on the part of Lessee to pay any Supplemental Rent, Lessor shall have all rights, powers and remedies provided for herein or by law or in equity or otherwise in the case of nonpayment of Basic Rent or Additional Rent.

Supplemental Rent. Lessee shall pay to Lessorthe Rent Account described in Section 3.03 below, or to whomever such other Person as shall be entitled thereto as expressly provided herein or in any other Operative Documentthe manner contemplated herein, any and all Supplemental Rent promptly as the same shall become due and payable. In the event of any Lessee's failure on the part of Lessee to pay when due and payable any Supplemental Rent, Lessor or such other Person shall have all rights, powers and remedies provided for herein or by law or in equity or otherwise in the case of nonpayment of Basic Rent or Additional Rent, subject to the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement.

Supplemental Rent. Lessee shall pay to Lessor, or to whomever such other Person as shall be entitled thereto as expressly provided in the manner contemplated herein or in any other Operative Documentas otherwise required by Lessor, any and all Supplemental Rent promptly as the same shall become due and payable. In the event of any Lessee's failure on the part of Lessee to pay when due and payable any Supplemental Rent, Lessor shall have all rights, powers and remedies provided for herein or by law or in equity or otherwise in the case of nonpayment of Basic Rent or Additional Base Rent.

Supplemental Rent. (i) Lessee shall pay to Lessor, for its own account, or to whomever shall be any Person entitled thereto thereto, as expressly provided herein or in any other Operative Document, any and all Supplemental Rent promptly as the same shall become due and payable. Supplemental Rent. Lessee shall also agrees to pay to Lessor, Lessor or to whomever whomsoever shall be entitled thereto as expressly provided herein or in any other Operative Documentthereto, any and all Supplemental Rent promptly as the same shall become due and payable. In owing, and in the event of any failure on the part of Lessee to pay any Supplemental Rent, Lessor shall have all rights, powers and remedies provided for herein or by law or in equity or otherwise in the case of nonpayment of Basic Rent. Supplemental Rent or Additional Rentshall include, without limitation, all amounts payable by Lessee under Section 3(e) hereof and under Sections 8 and 11 of the Participation Agreement when and as the same shall become due.
