Common use of Supplemental Contracts Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Contracts. Compensation for duties performed pursuant to a supplemental contract shall be paid as set forth in the supplemental contract between the Employee and the College. Employees performing the same or similar duties pursuant to a supplemental contract shall be paid at the same or similar rates of compensation. Faculty Liaisons (by whatever title), who are without supervisory responsibilities, will be selected by the College after two weeks' posting and will be paid four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800) per year or ten percent (10%) of their base salary whichever is more and will teach no more than forty-eight (48) units per semester academic year, unless approved by the CAO.
